How we picked these
Every shop here comes from public Google business data, and qualifies because Google lists them as a chocolate shop, chocolatier, chocolate cafe or chocolate factory. We rank by weighted rating so a handful of five-star reviews cannot outrank years of consistent ones.
Hours and phone numbers come straight from each listing, and anything missing is marked as missing.
